Abstract : 1nfa’tile digital fibromatosis is a rare benign swelling appearing in infancy and early childhood. This tumour was described as early as 1924, and reported fkthe first time in 1965. In this article, we report the first case among Saudi infants in the last ten years in the Northwest Area Armed Forces Hospital.
