Abstract : We present the case of a newborn infant with classical signs of Robinow Syndjome and major congenital cardiac malformations consisting of double outlet right ventricle with subaortic VSD, infundibular and valvular stenosis, and patenç ductus arteriosus. Similar patients of Robinow Syndrome with cardiac involve’nent are briefly reviewed from the literature and the importance of recognizing head defects in early life is stressed.
